The second talk about the Moon, this time with rockets and craters, was also well-received.  A young girl came up afterwards to say it was the best talk she had been to, and that she had been to lots!  Again, everyone commented on my use of hoola hoops to explain the orbit of the Moon.  Simple, yet so effective.  This group were treated to a crater making display, using flour and cocoa onto which I dropped a marble.  The effect is strikingly realistic.

I had a meeting with the archivist at the University of Exeter who kindly offered support and information for my research and work at the NLO.  Altogether, a week full of positives.
